Talent Team season 2022 in one package

The first season of Biohansa's Talent Team started in spring 2022. The plan was to search for suitable riders or teams for the team through an open search, who would represent Biohansa in their own region and sport. There were many applications and four representatives were selected to join the team. In those selected for the Talent Team, we particularly valued a good attitude, motivation and a desire to develop in the sport. During the past summer and autumn, we have been able to follow Raisa, Veronica, Amanda and Elena's competition and training news in the field of team, show jumping and dressage, and western. A project like this was new to Biohansa and we have gained new thoughts and development ideas for the next season. In any case, the 2022 season has been rewarding for the team and it has been nice to follow the members' news, although we have only seen a small slice of the hard work behind the success through social media. These include, for example, Veronica's rosettes at the Helsinki Horse Show's Amateur Tour, Raisa and Harro's team competitions abroad, Amanda's results in regional championships and Elena's success in international competitions. You can read the introductions of the Talent Team members here . It is also worth checking out the team members' own social media channels. Visibility at the right address Using so-called sponsored mounts in companies is a popular way to gain visibility, especially on social media. In the case of the Biohansa Talent Team, it has not been about financial support, but about visibility in exchange for products. This season, the team members were given alfalfa pellets to try, which is a particularly good feed for mass growth and contains a lot of protein, fiber, amino acids, minerals and vitamins. In addition to product testing, the team members received saddle blankets, blankets, polo shirts and softshell jackets with the Biohansa logo, depending on the sport. A certain number of social media publications were agreed with the team members to give Biohansa visibility. For example, a picture from the competition with a Biohansa saddle blanket or how the test feeds tasted. Every team member has produced interesting material this year! Alongside the team members' own publications, we have posted summaries of the competition and our own introductory articles on Biohansa's social media channels. This way, the team members' sports are also highlighted and, most importantly, Biohansa is known at the right address - among horse enthusiasts! According to an article by Meltwater , working with influencers on social media has become an integral part of brands’ marketing strategies. According to the Digital Marketing Institute, 49 percent of consumers trust influencer recommendations and 82 percent of consumers trust the opinions they see on social media channels. 77 percent of marketers measure the success of their influencer campaigns through engagement. The second most common metric is click-through rate (65%). Towards the 2023 season We at Biohansa have come to the conclusion that we will continue the Talent Team in the 2023 season, but with a few small changes. For next year, we will reduce the size of the team to two representatives for practical reasons. The aim is to be able to maximize the support for the team members and invest more in them. In addition, we will be able to better focus on the digital communications we produce, such as interviews, video clips or other social media publications. Next year, we also want to enhance Biohansa's social media offering and bring informative content, especially in video format, to Reels and TikTok. Involving Talent Team members more effectively in publications brings valuable insight into equestrian sports, training and competition from the perspectives of different sports. Alongside the constant negative social media influence, it is important to get positive energy and realistic examples of what training towards the top level is like and what kind of impact the right partners also have. For the future, we will announce in January how the 2023 team will be assembled. The goal is to continue the Talent Team with an even better concept. Now we would like to give our humble thanks to the team members from the past season for their warm cooperation! In the meantime, check out Biohansa's products via this link .
