Walley offers you a flexible and secure way to pay for your purchases. You can spread the payment over 3–36 months. The Walley brand is owned by Norion Bank AB, which is also a lender.
How does the Walley payment process work?
- Select the Walley payment method at Biohansa's checkout, Walley is the last one on the list.
- Walley makes a credit decision immediately. Your information is checked against a positive credit registry.
- Your order will be processed normally once you receive an approved credit decision.
- When you receive the invoice in your email, check the payment details and due date.
What to do if you want to cancel the order?
If you wish to cancel your order in whole or in part, please notify Biohansa sales as soon as possible. The sales team will make the necessary changes to the invoice in the Walley system.
If you have already received an invoice, it will be updated once the refunds have been processed. If you have already paid, you will receive a potential refund directly from Walley. Please note that late cancellations may incur additional fees.
