At Biohansa, we were pleased to launch our new small parcel service at the beginning of November! Biohansa's small parcel service is designed to meet the needs of you, horse owners, by offering flexibility and ease in purchasing feed.
We know that every horse has its own feeding habits and needs. That's why we want to make the process of purchasing feed as easy and individual as possible. It's important that your horse's diet is carefully planned, taking into account the horse's size, age, purpose and health. Many horse owners work with a veterinarian or nutritionist to ensure their horse is getting enough nutrients and that the diet is balanced.
With our small package service, you can order exactly the amount of feed you need. There is no requirement to buy only large quantities by pallet and store them for long periods of time – you get fresh and high-quality feed whenever you need it. It not only makes your everyday life easier, but also ensures that your horses get direct access to the feed.
Every horse owner purchases feed in different ways, but most often from horse supply stores, agricultural stores or feed stores. These stores have a wide selection of different horse feeds. Transporting feed to the stable can be done in several different ways. The horse owner can pick up the feed from the store and transport it to the stable in his own car.
In some cases, feed stores offer delivery services, where they deliver the ordered feed directly to the stable. This is a convenient option, especially when there are large quantities of feed on the way. If there are several people in the stable who eat the same feed, the horses and their owners can share the feed orders as joint purchases, which saves costs, for example, in terms of transportation.
