Biohansa hay pellet properties

Laboratory analysis PDF

Biohansa hay pellets have a good level of fiber and energy. Due to the low protein content, they are also suitable for feeding ponies and native breeds. The feed can be used to support basic feeding or to supplement roughage intake.

    • Low-protein
    • Pellet size 14mm

    Use

Horses 500 kg, light work, approx. 0.5-2 kg per day; race horses, heavy work, max. 4 kg per day. The exact dosage depends on the horse's weight, activity and the nutritional content of the basic feed. It is recommended to soak the pellets in plenty of water for approx. 30 min. Store in a dry and cool place.

Biohansa hay pellets are made mainly from meadow grass, but also contain small amounts of timothy, dog grass, fescue, rye grass, village grass, chamomile and dandelion. Meadow grass accounts for 70-80% and timothy for 20-30%.
